Data Admin Registration: If you register as a League/Tournament Data Admin (an organizer who bulk-uploads game results on behalf of the teams in a league or tournament), we collect your name, email address, and organization details.

Waitlist Signups: If you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and role (e.g., coach, league admin, parent) to notify you when registration opens.

Game Data You Upload:
- Game scores and statistics
- Game dates and locations
- Team names and rosters
- Player statistics (if included in box scores)
- Box score PDF files and game screenshots

By uploading game data, you represent that all uploaded documents are authentic and unaltered. Uploading fabricated, AI-generated, or edited game documentation is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service.

Payment Information:
- Credit card details (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers)
- Billing address
- Payment history

When team administrators upload game box scores, we may collect:

- Phone numbers
- Email addresses of minors
- Photos of minors (unless explicitly uploaded)

You can request deletion of your account at any time. When you delete your account:
- Your personal information is removed
